90-DAY REPAIR WARRANTY

Valentino Police Shoes are covered under a 90 (Ninety) Days Repair Warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects that are repairable in nature. This is a repair-only warranty. Replacement or refund is not covered under this policy.

Repair Process

The customer must send the product to our authorized warehouse for inspection and repair.
Standard repair time is 10 to 14 working days from the date the product is received.
After repair, the product will be dispatched back to the customer via Courier or Speed Post.

Terms & Conditions

This warranty is valid for 90 days from the original date of purchase only.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as determined by Valentino’s quality inspection.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Sole wear due to usage
- Scratches, cuts, scuff marks, stains
- Color fading, polish loss, or surface finish issues
- Damage due to water, chemicals, heat, or rough handling
Products that are misused, abused, altered, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized persons are not eligible.
The customer is responsible for courier/shipping charges while sending the product to the warehouse.
Valentino is not responsible for loss or damage during transit when the customer sends the product.
Repair timelines may vary depending on defect type and spare material availability.
Valentino reserves the right to approve or reject any repair claim after inspection.
All decisions taken by Valentino / Guru Shoes Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
