Exchange Guidelines

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the invoice and any accessories.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receipt.
• To facilitate the exchange process, please mention your order number clearly on the return package.
• Once your return is shipped, kindly send the tracking details along with your order number to customer.care@valentino.in.
• Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check (QC).

Important Notes

• Discounted products, including those purchased during the End of Season Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We recommend verifying the size chart and confirming the color before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
