WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Benefits of creating an account are so;

  • We have your details in case we need to contact you about your order
  • You are able to view your order history including your order status, and you can re-print order documents
  • You can leave reviews
  • You can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering next time.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - HOW DO I LOG IN?
 

We all forget passwords from time to time. Don't worry about it. All you need to do is go to the login page, click the 'Forgotten your password?' link and put in your account email address in the box provided. Once you've pressed the 'Next' button, we'll send a new password to your email address. If you're still having problems, just give us a call +91-75350 17222.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS OR EMAIL ADDRESS?
 

To change any of your personal details – name, contact details, password – log in to your account via the login page and click on 'View Addresses'. You can then make any changes you need to by clicking on edit option

HOW DO I SHARE A PRODUCT?

  • Find the product you've purchased and wish to share, then scroll down the page to “share this product” link .
  • You can share reviews
  • Click submit.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I ORDER?
 

Currently, We don't have any limit to the orders or order value, although we will be not limited for you . If you have any problems when placing an order please contact our Customer Care team .

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
 

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and net banking options when they are registered to an India billing address.

CAN I USE A CARD THAT’S NOT REGISTERED IN INDIA?
 

Yes, you can make payments via major international credit and debit cards issued outside India. Valentino India does not charge any extra fee for payments made via International Cards. However, your bank or Payment Gateway might charge the exchange rate fee, if applicable. Please contact your bank regarding these fees. Please note, this Exchange Fee is non-refundable in case of returns.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS REFUSED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
 

If your credit or debit card has been refused, you can re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

  • Shipping Charges FREE on order above Rs.2000
  • Shipping Charges of Rs.150 will be applicable on puchase below Rs. 2000

CAN I HAVE MY SHOES DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
 

Yes, our delivery options will allow you to have your order delivered to work, home, store or anywhere else as long as it's an address within India.

We provide a size guide on each product page. You can measure your foot and compare it with our size chart to ensure you choose the perfect fit.
Yes, most Valentino shoes run true to size. However, we recommend checking the size guide for each product to find the best fit.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
Yes, we regularly offer discounts and promotions. You can check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest offers, including our "End of Season Sale."
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working to expand our delivery network to other countries soon.
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp with details of your order and your order ID. You’ll receive another email and SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date during checkout.
You can cancel your order by sending an email to customer.care@valentino.in with your order number in the subject line. However, it becomes challenging for us to cancel an order once the order has been shipped.
At Valentino, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please note that we offer exchanges only and do not process refunds. Customers are kindly requested to return products via courier at their own cost to the address below:

Exchange Guidelines
  • Before proceeding with an exchange, please contact us at:
    • Email: customer.care@valentino.in
    • Phone: +91 75350 17222 (Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with the invoice and any accessories, within 5 days of receipt
  • To facilitate the exchange process, please mention your order number clearly on the return package
  • Once your return is shipped, kindly send the tracking details along with your order number to customer.care@valentino.in
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check (QC)

Important Notes
  • Discounted products, including those purchased during the End of Season Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We recommend verifying the size chart and confirming the color before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

We recommend cleaning your leather shoes with a soft cloth and using a leather conditioner to keep them in top condition. For suede shoes, use a suede brush to remove dirt. Always store them in a cool, dry place
