At Valentino, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please note that we offer exchanges only and do not process refunds.

Customers are kindly requested to return products via courier at their own cost only after receiving approval from our customer care team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Guidelines

Before proceeding with an exchange, please contact us and mention the reason:

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with the invoice and all accessories.
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Please await approval from our team before sending the product back.
  • Mention your Order Number clearly on the return package.
  • Once shipped, email the tracking details, order number, and details of the product required in exchange to: customer.care@valentino.in

⚠️ Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our Quality Check (QC).


Important Notes

  • Discounted products, including those bought during the End of Season Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We strongly recommend checking the size chart and confirming the product color before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
